All services are priced at $19.99USD per hour after the initial allotment of the given package being purchased.
Customer service and satisfaction are our primary goals. We provide upto 2 hours of consultation and design dialog free of charge to allow for more refined work, at which point, once an agreement is reached, our artists will begin working on your design.
Copyright Protection Clause:
By engaging in our services [or purchasing our products], the client agrees to assume full responsibility for obtaining the necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations for the use of any copyrighted characters, images, or other intellectual property not owned or provided by us. This includes, but is not limited to, characters from fictional works, logos, trademarks, and proprietary designs.
The client acknowledges that unauthorized use of copyrighted material may infringe upon the rights of the copyright owner and may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to fines, penalties, and injunctions.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless [Crafty Designs by Talia LLC] and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the client's use of copyrighted material without proper authorization.
It is the responsibility of the client to conduct due diligence and obtain appropriate permissions from the respective copyright holders before using any copyrighted material in connection with our services [or products]. [Crafty Designs by Talia LLC] shall not be held liable for any infringement resulting from the client's failure to obtain such permissions.
This clause shall survive the termination or expiration of any agreement between the client and [Crafty Designs by Talia LLC].
By proceeding with our services [or purchasing our products], the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Copyright Protection Clause.
